There is a Feng-Shuei- Ping Water Conservancy Outdoor Classroom in the Fenshueiping, Kukeng Lane, Caotun. Locating in the south of Jhongtan Highway, it was set up in 1991. Inside the outdoor classroom, there are four different areas with different function such as: lawn activity area, teaching facilities, botanical garden and the leisure and recreation area. This out door classroom owns a large space of green lawn where visitors could freely lying on the ground. The lawn here provides Water Conservancy Bureau and Nantou County grass seedling to be served as greenery by planting. It is also the hot location to hold the camping and big activities.
